These terms apply to joydecoded.com and to purchases made through it. The website and the products listed on it are operated by Joy Decoded Consulting (“we”, “us”). NetSpire, LeadAthoN™ and Net Thinking Academy are products of Joy Decoded Consulting.

1. Our products

• NetSpire: a business networking mobile app. Its use is also governed by the NetSpire terms at netspire.app/terms.
• LeadAthoN™ cohorts and events: structured referral-networking programmes. Cohort admission is subject to a profile review.
• Net Thinking Academy: self-learning, online training, live and offline workshops and boot camps. Details for each programme are shared at registration.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway; we do not see or store your card or bank details. A GST tax invoice from Joy Decoded Consulting is emailed after each payment.

Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Plans do not renew or charge you automatically.

3. Refunds and delivery

Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy, and how each product is provided is covered by our delivery policy.

4. Your responsibilities

Give accurate details when you pay or register, including the mobile number linked to your NetSpire account. Don't misuse our products, copy our content, or use them for anything unlawful.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, the LeadAthoN™ name and method, the Net Thinking framework and related materials belong to Joy Decoded Consulting and its founder. You may not reproduce or run them commercially without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide our programmes and products with care, but business results depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
