Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to payments made to Joy Decoded Consulting for NetSpire, LeadAthoN™ and Net Thinking Academy.

1. NetSpire Premium

Premium is a digital plan activated on your NetSpire account after payment. Once activated, it is non-refundable. You will get a full refund if you were charged twice for the same plan, or if we are unable to activate your plan within 7 days of payment.

2. LeadAthoN™ Cohort membership

Admission is based on a profile review. If your application isn't approved, your payment is refunded in full. Once your application is approved, membership is non-refundable.

3. Net Thinking Academy

Cancellation terms for each programme are shared at registration. If we cancel or reschedule a programme and you cannot attend the new date, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another batch.

4. Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends at the close of the period you paid for.

5. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 63628 99217 with your name, mobile number and payment reference, within 7 days of the payment.

6. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to show the credit. No fee is deducted.
